Utrecht, July 1, 2025 – TrueTribe, a Dutch HR-tech company, has acquired Quan. This acquisition bolsters TrueTribe’s data-driven approach, providing employers with in-depth insights and enabling employees to swiftly receive the right support for issues related to vitality, health, and development. Quan’s founders, Arosha Brouwer and Lucy Howie, will continue their mission within TrueTribe to make wellbeing a strategic priority for organizations using a measurable, scientifically validated method.

Quan was founded in 2020 and has since raised €3 million in funding from investors such as Y Combinator, HearstLab, 4impact, Masawa, Joanna Invests, Knop Investments, and Golden Egg Check. With its scientifically validated platform and wellbeing index, Quan supports organizations like Bynder, ASML, Informa, and Fitch Group in continuously measuring and managing employee wellbeing. The insights provided by Quan help companies proactively address and improve (latent) issues and their root causes, reducing stress, burnout-related complaints, and the absenteeism that stems from them.
