How to deal with emotions that arise after reading your results
A snapshot in time
First, know this — it’s completely normal if your results feel confronting or surprising. This is a natural part of making well-being a priority. Your results are not a permanent label. They’re simply a snapshot in time, reflecting how you’re doing right now. Well-being shifts — daily, weekly, monthly — and that’s why TrueTribe is here: to help you identify your first steps toward improvement.
Asking for guidance
You’ll have the opportunity to check in and measure your well-being again each quarter. Once you’ve completed your scan and reviewed your results, you’ll receive personalized intervention recommendations — whether that means improving your sleep, setting achievable goals, or having an open conversation with your team lead. These suggestions may come from TrueTribe’s network of providers or from your own company’s well-being offerings, helping you focus on the areas where you scored lowest.
Recognizing what you can influence, setting healthy boundaries, and taking small, consistent steps is already meaningful progress. Part of taking responsibility for your own well-being is also knowing when to reach out for support. If your company doesn’t currently offer well-being interventions, you still have the insight and data to begin making positive changes — and this can be the perfect opportunity to open a conversation with your manager, HR representative, or a trusted senior leader about how your organization could better support you.
