Your individual assessment results are private and visible only to you. TrueTribe does not share your personal well-being results with your employer or any third party.

If you choose, you can share parts of your results with your manager — for example, during a one-on-one conversation. Using the language from the TrueTribe Well-being Framework can help you clearly express how you feel and what support you might need.
