Will my manager see my individual results?

Yes—only you can see your own well-being results.

Your manager (what we call a Team Lead at TrueTribe) will only see aggregated team results once at least two people have completed the assessment. This ensures statistical anonymity, meaning your manager can’t trace results back to you or any individual team member.
