Key terminology for your well-being journey with TrueTribe.

Team Lead

The person responsible for leading a group of direct reports. Titles may vary—Manager, Director, Line Manager, Lead, Head of, etc.—but the role is the same: being responsible for the support of the team’s well-being focus.

Well-being Journey

A structured sequence of steps individuals and teams take each quarter to improve well-being.

Well-being Interventions

Actions designed to improve individual, team, or organizational well-being. These might be exercises, workshops, or resources.

A curated library of well-being interventions—such as articles, exercises, and workshops—tailored to improve well-being.

Individual Well-being Insights

Personalized insights based on your completed well-being assessment (General and Focus Area), organized according to the TrueTribe Well-being Framework. These insights are private and only visible to you.

Team Well-being Insights

Aggregated, anonymized insights based on the well-being assessment results of each team member, also organized using the TrueTribe Well-being Framework. Available to the team lead once at least five people complete the well-being assessment.

Organizational Well-being Insights

Aggregated, anonymized insights based on the well-being assessment results of each team, organized using the TrueTribe Well-being Framework. Available to the organization once at least one team has completed the TrueTribe well-being assessment.
