Core Dimensions
- Mind
Your perception of your thoughts and feelings. - Body
Your perception of your physical condition and health. - Social Connectedness
How connected you feel to others through close interpersonal relationships. - Self-Fulfilment
The extent to which you feel you're living up to your potential and using your talents. - Meaning
Whether your life feels purposeful, valuable, and coherent.
Sub-Dimensions

Mind
- Concentration – Focusing your attention without becoming distracted.
- Creativity – Generating new ideas, solutions, or possibilities.
- Positive Mood – A happy, hopeful, and confident mental state.
- Stress – A physical or mental reaction to feeling overwhelmed, pressured, or unable to cope.
- Anxiousness – Experiencing worry, unease, or concern.
- Mindfulness – Bringing intentional awareness to your body, thoughts, and surroundings.
- Uncertainty – The mental experience of facing the unknown.
- Burnout – Emotional, physical, or mental exhaustion from prolonged stress.
Body
- Exercise – Physical activity that supports physical health.
- Nutrition – The impact of food and drink intake on your well-being.
- Cravings – Intense desires for specific substances or experiences.
- Recovery – Returning to a balanced, healthy, and unstressed state.
- Sleep – The quality and quantity of your rest and sleep cycles.
- Body Appreciation – How much you accept and like your own body.
- Aches and Pains – Any physical discomfort or pain.
Social Connectedness
- Relationships – The quality of your connections with people in your life.
- Receiving Support – How much emotional, mental, or physical help you receive from others.
- Giving Support – The support you provide to others in your environment.
- Appreciation – Feeling acknowledged, seen, and valued.
- Belonging – Feeling accepted and included in a group, team, or community.
Self-Fulfilment
- Satisfaction – Feeling content and happy with your life.
- Work-Life Balance – How balanced your time and energy is between work and personal life.
- Self-Esteem – Your confidence in your worth and abilities.
- Engagement – Feeling fully involved and invested in what you're doing.
- Personal Growth – Ongoing self-improvement through learning and development.
Meaning
- Purpose – Having a clear reason behind your actions or choices.
- Values Authenticity – How aligned your actions are with your values and beliefs.
- Meaningful Contribution – Feeling that your efforts make a real difference.
