When will organisational results be available?

With TrueTribe, your organisational results are available in real-time throughout the quarter — giving you continuous visibility into your team’s well-being.

As responses come in, you can track evolving insights via the Main page, Organisation page, and detailed subdimensions under the Reports tab. You can also see how many people have completed the Well-being Scan and how many are onboarded in the app, helping you gauge participation and engagement levels.

This ongoing view allows you to spot trends early, address emerging challenges, and adjust your approach before issues escalate.

At the end of the quarter, results are locked in, providing a clear benchmark of your organisation’s top 3 strengths and 3 development areas for improvement.
