Can I see who hasn’t completed the assessment and ask them to do it?

No—you won’t be able to see who has or hasn’t completed the assessment.

At TrueTribe, we protect users’ privacy by keeping assessment participation anonymous. This means we don’t disclose whether a specific individual has completed it.

You can, however, see the total number of team members who have completed the assessment at the top of your screen when navigating to the Team tab in the mobile app.
