Your team’s results will appear once at least five members have completed the well-being assessment. (Read here to see who can view team results.)

Because results are dynamic, they automatically update as more people complete the assessment—giving you real-time insights into your team’s well-being.

You’ll see your team’s top well-being strengths and top growth opportunities, along with a more detailed overview according to the five dimensions that are part of our wellbeing framework.

Pro tip: Aim for 100% participation in the assessment. The more voices represented, the more accurate your team’s picture of well-being—and the better your decisions will be. If anyone feels hesitant, remind them their results are completely anonymous.
